Write to support@pupshot.app and a person will answer. Include your dog's name and roughly when the problem happened, and it will be much quicker to find.

Common things

The app says a photo has a person in it

pupshot refuses any photo with a person as the subject, and it is deliberately cautious. A hand or a lap in frame is fine. A face is not, even a small one in the background.

The import missed photos of my dog

The import shows everything it could check and ticks the ones it recognised. Tap any it missed. The detector is better at a dog filling the frame than a dog across a room.

I have run out of ratings

The free plan has a daily limit, which resets overnight in your own timezone. A subscription raises it.

My subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel or request a refund in the store account that bought it. We cannot do it for you, but tell us if something looks wrong and we will help you chase it.

I want my data, or I want out

Delete your account in the app from Me, then Delete account. See deleting your account for what goes and how to ask without the app, or ask us for a copy of everything we hold.

Reporting something serious

If you find a photo of a person that got through, or anything else that should not be there, write to support@pupshot.app with the share link and we will take it down.
